Very pleasant and consistently courteous staff, and fresh food!!!

Easy location in a nice safe area just off park and stores and restaurants and an entrance to interstate 96. Well laid out and cheap room provided with fridge and a separate bedroom, as example.

We had a really good stay in this comfortable and upgraded hotel. We loved toast and muffins the venue served. The staff was attentive, extremely friendly with every request.

The room we had included an excellent air-conditioning, coffee, and two TVs. It had a bath in the large bathroom.

I spend 1 night in Cascade lovely. My suite had an excellent air conditioning, coffee and two TVs. The hotel staff was very amiable and useful. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, adjacent to an entrance to interstate 96, and restaurants, the highway and Frederick Meijer gardens.

The hotel rooms were well designed and spacious, with separate sleeping areas and comfortable beds. The sink area with a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and safe added convenience. The decor was modern and the corridors had new carpets. Despite being close to the highway, the noise level was minimal. The staff was generally helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast, although limited in quantity, offered a decent variety of options like cereals, waffles, pre-boiled eggs.

The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, as some guests reported filthy wall light covers in all the rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and a well-kept interior. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always available. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the airport and a fun bar & grill. The hotel facilities were excellent, with new mattresses and bedding, and allergy covers on pillows. we had a great experience!

The bed was extremely comfy and the room itself was well laid out. The location minutes from freeway was good, most places in Grand Rapids were within reach.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and well kept up. Breakfast area was very clean.

The smoke detector went off when I was showering, but after opening the bathroom door & turning on the air it stopped.

The location was perfect in a nice safe neighborhood and the staff here was genuinely helpful. Had tea and goodies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the venue.
